Located in an architecturally-unique Gothic building in downtown Palma, our firm opened in February 1982. Its founders, Santiago Rodríguez-Miranda Gómez, a former government attorney and a Financial Law Professor at the University of the Balearic Islands; Pedro Antonio Aguiló Monjo, also a former government attorney and Lead Advisor to the Balearic Autonomous Community; and Pedro Morata Socías, among others, combined their areas of specialization (administrative, land use, financial and commercial law) to establish a firm at calle Barón de Pinopar no. 4 in Palma.
During the 1990s, attorneys José Antonio Fernández de Alarcón Roca, Antonio Miguel Serra Serra, Jaime Tomás-Verdera Alba, Begoña Cereceda Berdiel and Jacobo Rodriguez-Miranda joined the firm at a new office in Palma's historical district at calle Convento de Santa Magdalena número 1.
Subsequently, attorneys Brigitte Röhrig, María José Pomar Miró and José María Juan de Sentmenat joined as well.
In 1998, the office moved its main office to its current location at plaza de Santa Eulalia no 5-1, across from City Hall. The office has over 600 square meters and a unique architectural design.
Additional attorneys joined the firm (specifically, Carolina Carrasco Martí, Martín Bonet Puerto and Juan Carlos Escribano Herruzo) in later years. The office also established a new tax and finance department, led by economist Carlos Vendrell Cañellas and attorney María de las Nieves Pons Luján.
Our team now also offers the services of attorneys Hugo Morata Casellas, Fernando Tapia Castillo, Antonio Marqués Barceló and Daniel Juan Riera, as well as economist Rosa Palmer Daviu.
